virtual pregnancy and labor support
the virtual support package includes 2-3 virtual prenatal appointments, virtual support through active labor and delivery, and 2 postpartum appointments. you will also receive unlimited text, email, and phone support throughout your pregnancy. also included is a personally written birth story and gift bag.
traditional pregnancy and labor support
the traditional pregnancy and labor support package includes 2-3 in-person appointments, support through active labor and delivery, and 2 postpartum appointments. you will also receive unlimited text, email, and phone support throughout your pregnancy. also included is a personally written birth story and gift bag.
pregnancy support
i offer just pregnancy support, if you decide you would rather just have education and support leading up to the birth. you will receive 2-3 prenatal appointments, as well as unlimited text, email, and phone support during your pregnancy. no labor support is included in this package.
early labor add-on
the early labor add-on includes early labor support, and I will show up to wherever you are laboring as contractions begin and you believe you are in labor. This is an add-on to traditional labor support, and has an additional fee.
postpartum support
the postpartum support package is a service billed hourly, with a minimum of two hours. during postpartum support visits i will perform light housekeeping, prepare meals (food not included), assist with baby care, answer questions, hold baby so parents are sleep, shower, eat, etc.
postpartum overnights
postpartum overnights include 12 hours of overnight support. i will come to your home in the evening and perform all infant care tasks, outside of feeding if the baby is breastfed, so the parents can sleep. this service can be tailored to your specific needs and wishes. please contact me for more information.
cloth diaper consultation and support
the cloth diaper package includes an in-person or virtual cloth diaper class where i will show you different brands and types of diapers, how to achieve a good fit, help you set up a wash routine, and answer any questions you may have. you will also receive unlimited support and troubleshooting for a full year from your class.
